Monday, Sept 12, 1:00pm – 5:00pm, Room 316, join the Seminar Program, Track C, VXI, PXI, IVI, LXI and AXIe Standards Improve ATE Systems Design.  Joe Mueller, AXIe Technical Committee member, presents an overview of the AXIe standard.

 

Wednesday, Sept 14, 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm, Room 317, join in the Technical Session, Track D, Session 2D3: Panel on Architecture Standards, where Joe Mueller, key designer of AXIe 2.0,  will position AXIe among other test standards in terms of applications, performance, longevity, system integration, and available instrumentation. Most of the session will be an open discussion with the attendees.
